The developer was looking for more than just materials — they needed a flooring partner who could deliver a full, end-to-end service. Every detail mattered, and the vision was clear: create spaces that feel natural, refined, and built to last.
We supplied and installed our own line of 15mm engineered oak flooring, laid in a classic herringbone pattern with a UV-oiled finish. Each board, rich in character and slightly unique, added depth and understated elegance to the contemporary interiors.
For the staircases, we fitted luxury carpet sourced from Victoria Carpets, bringing warmth, comfort, and a soft finish to the transition between floors.
The result is a development that feels luxurious yet welcoming — flooring that leaves a lasting impression without ever overpowering the space.
